Mindfulness sessions will consist of a 60 or 90 minute, private coaching class 1-on-1 or in pairs (friends, family, couples, parent/child) with your instructor online or in person.

These will be based on your needs and be laid out in an introductory, exploratory, and then structured model as you become comfortable and progress.

We will address, breath work, stretching, body scanning, vagal nerve toning, tapping, and other self-soothing techniques throughout the sessions as well as tips from some of the world’s renowned authorities on mindfulness.
