About
We offer one-on-one Mindfulness sessions based off of you as an individual person and the areas you wish to address. These are flexible sessions where we will map out your goals and work toward them step-by-step, discuss what works for you and what doesn’t, and determine how often you would like to meet.
We will work together to overcome issues like: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief, PTSD, Chronic Pain, Hypertension, Immune Disorders, and Systemic Responses.
You will learn how to develop Self-Love and Acceptance, Quiet the Inner Critic, Heal from the Past, even Increase Focus and Awareness while using the MBSR method (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction). This method was designed for stress management and is a study proven alternative method of treatment used alone or in addition to other treatments of various health conditions.
Studies show great improvement in the condition of patients after MBSR, significantly decreasing anxiety, stress, and depression, reduction in arterial pressure, gastrointestinal symptoms, emotional irritability and anger, as well as in immune disorders like Fibromyalgia and MS.
Some signs of an overactive stress response are many that we face on a daily basis, considering a normal part of life such as irritability, inability to concentrate, increased heart rate, muscle spasms, exhaustion, and then ultimately a weakened immune system and immune disorders.
We will use ancient wisdom passed on through multiple cultures to stop these issues in their tracks and help you live an all around better life.
